Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

• •Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, provided work on the artwork has not yet begun.
• •Once painting work has started, the order cannot be cancelled, as materials and time have already been committed.

2. Refunds

• •Since our paintings are custom-made, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once work has commenced.
• •If the artwork received is damaged in transit or significantly different from the agreed reference/description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.
• •Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.

3. Replacements

In case of transit damage or a genuine error on our part, we will offer a free repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, based on the specific case.
