1. About Us

Advaiti Arts creates handcrafted oil paintings, portraits, texture art, knife paintings, and custom wall/mural artwork. Each order may be an original, made-to-order creation based on the details or reference images you provide.

2. Orders & Customisation

• •Custom orders are created based on the reference images, size, and details shared by you at the time of order.
• •Please double-check reference images and instructions before confirming, as artwork is handmade and cannot be identical to a photograph.
• •Minor variations in colour, texture, and shading are natural in handmade art and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

• •All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• •Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
• •An order is confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping

Artwork is shipped securely packaged to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Advaiti Arts. Custom artwork purchased is for personal use; reproduction or commercial resale without written permission is not permitted.

6. Limitation of Liability

We take utmost care in creating and packaging every artwork. Advaiti Arts is not liable for delays or damage caused by courier partners once the item has been dispatched, though we will assist you in resolving such issues.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra.
